Please check the school district website to see all schools serving this home. Quite honestly if I could give this apartment a negative star I would. First or all I will say that that the office people are very nice, however the apartments themselves are terrible. Never, before have I seen so many roaches in one apartment that was supposedly bombed before I moved in.

In addition, their idea of fixing things is to have cardboard/back of old products instead of drywall. There was water damage that looked to be a bit old, so that means that there could have been mold. The carpets are coming up everywhere and holes in the walls and door. Also, the garbage disposal is rusted out and illegal wires under the sink. I would avoid this apartment at all cost, the pictures and the reality are nothing alike.

Havent had hot water since Friday...It is already Monday. This should have been taken care of immediately if this was any other apartment complex. Ive been here 14 years, have had the the pleasure and displeasure of dealing with at least 5 different managers and so far this one is the worst. Or perhaps you want a slip and fall in the laundry room, pull your groin and hurt your back, at the same time! Me as well as another family member who lives in a different apartment have paid for higher speed fast internet and constantly have problems. Cant use that though, you'll get towed, even with handicapped plates and a placard. Only upside I can say is some neighbors are genuinely great, the management though, and their lack of professionalism is quite startling, its evident they have not done this before.
